For example:

The expression above matches any language code starting with <code>fr</code> regardless of the cases: <code>fr</code>, <code>fr-CA</code>, <code>FR-BE</code>, etc.

<cite>Name of the language rule associated with the regular expression</cite> — Enter the name of the language rule (group of rules) for this language map. The name is case-sensitive. This name must be in the <cite>[[Ratel - Groups and Options#Language Rules|Language Rules]]</cite> list of the <cite>[[Ratel - Groups and Options|Groups and Options]]</cite> dialog box.
