Translation Package Manifest

If you are using an Okapi Tool after the M9 release, you should be using the wiki online help:

This dialog box is open for each manifest document, before the post-processing for the given manifest starts.

Documents Tab

This tab lists all the documents that are in the manifest. the table as the following columns:

The root of the documents to post-process is displayed underneath the table.

You can set the check marks on and off in the table. Only the document that are checked will be processed.

Click Execute to start the process, or Cancel to stop.

Options Tab

This tab lists the options available for the post-processing extracted text. They have no effect when post-processing RTF files.

IMPORTANT: THESE OPTIONS ARE RESET TO THEIR DEFAULT VALUES EACH TIME YOU RUN A POST-PROCESS.

Merge the translation only if it is approved -- Set this option to merge the available translation only if the text unit has a property approved set to yes. If this option is set and the text unit does not have the property set to yes, the source is merged and a warning is displayed.

Set the 'approved' flag on the merged translations -- Set this option to automatically set the property approved to yes if it is going to be merged. This for example to update the flags in file format such as PO, XLIFF or TS where the property may need to be modified for further processing.

Information Tab

This tab displays various information found in the manifest.

Package type -- Shows the type of package for this manifest.

Package ID -- Shows unique identifier associate with this package.

Source language -- Shows the code of the source language.

Target language -- Shows the code of the expected target language.

Creation date -- Shows the date and time when this package was generated.
